About the role

As a Strategic Account Manager at BeingIconic, this role requires you to plan, oversee, coordinate, and contribute to marketing project delivery from start to finish. This role works directly with clients and the internal team to manage project delivery on time and budget.

You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and deliver a diverse set of objectives. This role would suit someone who also has a passion for business development — managing and nurturing relationships with new business prospects and writing proposals offering unique solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities


● Leading project planning sessions
● Coordinating staff and internal resources
● Managing project progress, adapting work as required to ensure deadlines are met
● Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
● Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
● Conducting project review and creating detailed reports
● Engage third parties as needed to fulfil client needs
● Working with Operations Director to optimise and improve processes
● Find prospects through a range of different channels (e.g. cold calling, Hubspot,
LinkedIn, events)
● Manage prospects that come into the funnel and nurture them to a SQL
● Ensuring you meet KPIs and if unable, having a detailed understanding of what’s
needed/missing to hit KPIs
● Manage relationships with prospects
● Generate and write proposals with the right offering for their solution
● Event management (for internal events) including pre and post-event activities e.g.
invites and follow-ups
● List building (within Hubspot)

Qualifications & Requirements


● Minimum 2 years experience in project management via roles within marketing (e.g. Account Manager/Brand Manager/Consultant)
● Advanced time management and analytical skills
● Working knowledge of Office and Google suite
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to stay calm under pressure
● Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
● Strong attention to detail
● Strong stakeholder management skills
